CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. To request a return, go to Order Management. and contact us for the returns address

Please note we don’t accept returns for any products that have been personalised.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPACHED AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE.

We aim to dispatch orders with in 3 working days form receipt of order.

Once your order has been shipped all relevant tracking information will be sent in our dispatch email.

Shipping can take around 6-7 days on very rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 days.

We track all orders so if no order has been received within 20 days a replacement will be sent right away.

We use reliable and trusted shipping companies and all packages require a signature or photo on delivery.

Royal Mail expecting parcel ?

If when you track your package it says Royal Mail expecting your package, this means we have already sent your package to Royal Mail from our Portugal warehouse, it will take approximately 2-4 days for Royal Mail to receive your package.
